BRIRA THE VALLEY
RESIDENTIAL RESORT
This project is located on a land area of about 250,000 square meters in Wadi Obear, which is one of the valleys branching from Wadi Hanifa, which cuts across Riyadh from north to south. The project is a luxury residential resort that includes different types of residential units such as standalone villas, duplexes, penthouses, and apartments, in addition to an elite club, nursery, mosque, supermarket, and boutique hotel.
We have done the complete designs for the project such as the architectural designs, the master plan urban design, the landscape design, the complete electro-mechanical and public facilities networks, and the road designs.
