Tibrak Oasis Resort
This project is located on a land area of about 1 million square meters in Tibrak, the project is a mixed-use resort that includes different types of activities such as Residential, Recreational, Education-al, and Touristic Units, in addition to Services and Agio-Industries.
We have done the masterplan for this project which we were keen to ensure that it embodies Saudi Vision 2030, which places as its top priority the “natural environment”, preserving and developing it, and reducing activities that deplete it.
The proposed structure system is load-bearing walls with local materials of natural stones and CEB made from the site’s compacted soil. passive environmental energy systems are used for ventilation and cooling, and integrated systems for water treatment and recycling, as well as solid waste treatment and utilization in the production of biogas and fertilizers that support bio-fanning.
