Al Uyaynah Farm Reort
The design transforms a linear site, with an area of 400,000 m2, in Al-Uyaynah into an oasis, utilizing a central green spine to create a cool, protected microclimate. Terraced Villas in a Najdi style overlooking this productive agricultural core, offering privacy and views while blending with the arid topography.
Vehicular circulation is confined to the perimeter, ensuring a pedestrian-friendly environment centered on water features and date palm groves. The design harmonizes luxury living with traditional farming heritage, establishing a sustainable sanctuary in the Riyadh desert.
