ALQAID RECREATION, REHABILITATION & WELLNESS RESORT
The project is located in Al-Qaid, Al-Khitta Municipality in Ha’il Region.
The masterplan main inspiration was driven by a resort that utilizes the narrow and winding pedestrian paths of local villages inside the kingdom and outside, like those in Al Ula, Hail, Chefchaouen, and Santorini, focusing on creating an authentic and immersive visitor experience while embracing environmental sustainability. These traditional paths, which used to be shaped by centuries of local culture and geography, offer a unique opportunity to integrate the resort harmoniously into its surroundings.
